Deep purple 1940s early 1950s men's gabardine jacket made by Penney's. Heavy & quilted. Has a silvery quilted acetate interior. Longer car coat style w/ 2 lower square flap pockets. Brass Conmar zipper. Padded shoulders. 2 decorative buttons on each cuff. Easltic sides (under the arms) for a tapered look. Terrific gab jacket and a great colour!
Will be expensive to ship overseas.
Condition: Good. minor fading on the shoulders, backs of arms & underarms. But a very nice deep colour overall!
Chest: 40.5" laying flat but marked for a 36. SMALL (the lining takes up room)
Sleeves: 32" collar to cuff / 24" shoulder seam to cuff
