If you ship your item back to us without following the very simple rules below, we WILL refuse the package and it will be returned to you at your cost.
Just email us and wait for a response before you ship. (Really, why is it so difficult for some folks to follow instructions?)
Sazz Vintage return policy:
- Items may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY!
- Sazz Vintage MUST be notified by email within 4 days of your receiving the item.
- We will confirm the return by email within 24 hours and give you an authorization number. You MUST wait for our email before shipping the item back!
- The item must be back in our hands within 14 days of your receiving it.
- The item must be in the condition in which we shipped it and the sales tag must still be attached to the item.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not returnable
- Shoes are not returnable.
- The $30 and $60 Disco Outfits are not returnable.
Sazz Vintage Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return if any, or all, of the above conditions are not met. We WILL refuse to accept your return if you don't follow these easy and simple instructions.
If the item you purchased was measured wrong by us or if there is serious damage to it, not caused by you, that we failed to note in the listing, then you will get a full refund if requested.
Just to make sure its clear- all you have to email me within 4 days of the day you receive your order (and then ship promptly so we get it back within 14 days). If you fail to do this and ship your item back to us without ever contacting us by email, we will refuse the package and ship back to you at your cost.
I have no problem whatsoever with returns, but you have to follow directions just like with any other store.
