We are not shipping May 8-13. All orders will be shipped May 15.
Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.
International mail and Express (overnight) Mail are additional costs.
Some countries have more extensive delays with shipping due to Covid-related issues.
- We ship every business day and *sometimes* Saturdays. Packages are generally picked up at 2pm. If its after 12pm EST and you need same-day shipping you must call the shipping department at our warehouse to determine if our pickup has gone out yet. 215-533-2300, ask for Amanda.
- Large Orders (to a domestic address) may be shipped via UPS Ground.
- We insure all domestic packages against loss or damage.
If you need your order quickly, choose Express Mail when you checkout. Most places are overnight, some are 2nd-day if you are in a smaller town.
We insure all packages against loss or damage. Because your package is insured, the post office usually will *not* just leave it at your door.
If you want them to leave it at your door, and you are willing to take the risk against loss or damage, then please email or call us BEFORE we ship, so we do not add insurance to your order.
If you ask us not to insure your order, you waive any and all claims for loss or damage.

We currently do not ship via FedEx.
Shipping is either by Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
You are responsible for any/all customs/duty/VAT/taxes that may be charged by your country.
Priority Mail comes with insurance, and tracking and takes generally 6-10 business days for delivery.
First Class Mail has only very limited tracking and *no* insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages if you choose to ship via First Class. Delivery may take 10-18 business days.
As of September, 2021, the US postal service is no longer offering First Class mail to AUSTRALiA. While we figure out how to facilitate this change in our system, please do not choose this shipping method for orders going to Australia.
We ship all domestic packages with delivery confirmation (tracking) and insurance. You will be sent an email with your tracking information once we process and ship your order.
