All domestic shipping is through the US Postal Service Priority Mail which is generally 2-3 days for delivery. However this is NOT a guaranteed service, and as we all know, the postal service has never figured out how to handle the holiday season; so if you really need the order by a specific day, please choose EXPRESS MAIL for your shipping.
We ship every business day and *most* Saturdays. Packages are generally picked up between 2pm and 4pm. If its after 12pm EST and you need same-day shipping you must call us, 215.923.7299.
Large Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
We will refund you any overages if your order actually costs significantly less to ship.
We insure all packages against loss or damage.
If you need your order quickly, choose Express Mail when you checkout. Most places are overnight, some are 2nd-day if you are in a remote area/small town.

If you want them to leave it at your door, and you are willing to take the risk against loss or damage, then please email or call us BEFORE we ship, so we do not add insurance to your order.

Yes, we can ship by FedEx or UPS but you must call us to place the order. 215.923.7299. There is a $10 handling charge for same-day shipping and we must receive your order no later than 2pm EST.
Shipping is either by International Priority Mail or International First Class Mail. Make sure you choose one of these methods when checking out.
Priority Mail comes with insurance, and tracking.
Average delivery time to the UK is 5-7 business days; everywhere else may be 7-10 business days.
For single items that are light (t-shirt, 70s shirt, western shirt) we use the small flat rate envelope so it is cheaper for you BUT the item will be folded up a bunch and may arrive wrinkled.
First Class Mail does not have tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Delivery times are usually at least 14 days.
If you want Global Express Mail (2-3 days), choose the Express Mail option and send me an email giving permission to charge your card the extra amount. (its expensive!)
We configure our shipping costs by weight. To ship in the US: a belt buckle or other small item is usually about $6.50; shirts or pants will be about $8-10. A suit or light jacket might be around $12-14. Christmas sweaters usually are $10-$13 depending on how heavy they are.
International shipping costs vary.
CANADA customers- Please choose International shipping and you will more than likely receive a refund on your shipping. Contact us with any questions!
We ship all domestic packages with delivery confirmation and insurance. If you want that tracking info, just email us and we will be happy to send it to you.
We will only ship to a CONFIRMED address.
If you want us to ship to someone else, please pay with a credit card, not Paypal. The Paypal Seller Requirements say that we can only ship to the address that has been confirmed with them.
And if you are unverified, then we really won't ship to an unconfirmed address, no matter how nicely you ask us.
If you are INTERNATIONAL- you must verify your Paypal account!
I know sometimes you can't confirm your address, but you can always verify your account with Paypal.
We will not ship to a unconfirmed address, by someone who is an unverified Paypal user. (Fraud, anyone?)
